Supervisors & Leadership Training Series
Enlace’s Supervision and Leadership Training is an intensive three-day workshop geared to help progressive non-profit organizations and unions by developing the capacity to continually improve the skills of staff supervisors and leads.
“Several people have complimented me recently on how I have gotten much better at supervising staff over the past few years, and I realized (and told them) that it was all due to my Enlace training. I am like a missionary, loaning out my Enlace binder to people, and using the one-on-one process to help people develop their leadership skills.” -Matt Alexander, Co-Director, June Jordan School for Equity, San Francisco
We will customize a training program and/or an individualized consultation to fit your organization’s needs and budget. Contact us for a needs analysis!
Our fees are $1,200 per trainer/day; the organization pays Enlace trainers’ travel costs and for materials for the training. Fee for the second and third trainers are negotiable for organizations with smaller budgets. To learn more contact us.

Enlace’s Philosophy on the Role of Supervisors in Progressive Organizations
Often we hear people in progressive organizations say that they do not want to be supervisors. They say this because they believe in non-hierarchical, democratic decision-making processes and structures. They do not want to copy the structures of corporations and top-down organizations.
We at Enlace agree with all of that, but we also believe that supervisors in progressive organizations play an important role.
