Frameworks for High Performance Organizations
These are collaborative brainstorming processes that are useful for virtually all work groups in base-building organizations, including top staff leadership teams, strategy groups, organizing teams, boards of directors, and teams that include volunteers, unless otherwise noted. A few can be used by an individual. Enlace Director Peter Cervantes-Gautschi first developed the frameworks in the 1980s. They have been built upon and improved over the past 12 years by Enlace trainers and participants from more than 70 organizations.
Integrated Organizing Approach
Enlace is striving to create a new field of strategic organizational development that will allow grassroots organizations to deal with global challenges to their organizing campaigns.
Since 1998, through working with our members on their campaigns and through Enlace trainings, we have created a methodology called the Integrated Organizing Approach that combines the following to guarantee success: strategic campaign development, the creation of international alliances, and continual internal improvement of the organization.
